- Always put your best face forward. I have learned so many beauty tricks of the trade throughout my modeling that every woman should know. It is time to share the wisdom. Everyone deserves great beauty.
- Check out my blog a smorgasbord of secrets and unique DIY beauty recipes. Have you ever tried turmeric (yes, I do mean the aromatic spice from India)? It is a magical elixir for healthy skin. Not only is it inexpensive, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial, but it is also a natural antioxidant that will brighten your skin complexion and produce a beautifully radiant glow!
- Looking for other tips on how to achieve beautifully luminous and incandescent skin? First, always wear a face lotion. Even if you think you have oily skin. It will literally “save face.” I have developed my own skin care line for flawless skin: “Krystle Skin.” This unique skin care line will hit the market in Spring 2012. Check back often for more updates!
- Additionally, wear sunscreen! I am sure you have heard this directive about a million times, but seriously: wear sunscreen. For those of you who love that golden glow, try a spray tan or at-home sunless tanner. There is no need to damage your skin’s elasticity and health in the sun when modern technology can make tanning safe, healthy and beautifully bronzed.
- For gorgeously strong and healthy nails, I recommend the following herbs and vitamins: biotin, silica, shazaundra herb, Hair, Skin & Nails Supplement, vitamin E and chlorophyll. Regular manicures and pedicures are also fantastic for those who can indulge, but the same benefits can be accomplished at home. Invest in high-quality cuticle clippers and when grooming your nails, make sure to push back those cuticles to promote the growth process.
